A bit like Wegberg, just with police instead of fire :)

 

What equipment should be added?
Flash grenades, Ballistic shields, MP5, Sniper rifles, med bags, what else?

an option to break open doors with a axe, sledgehammer or a dutch 'Bonk'/monoshock ram images: link link

maybe flashlights on the ballistic shields with the option to activate them.

and a option for pepperspray and a taser?

and maybe some more recent vehicles like a modern MB Vito, VW Passat or VW Transporter instead of the older models?

I think more updated vehicles like nicco's T5 or else would be great also new black politie uniforms would be nice, also versions with bulletproof vests would make all sceenes look better ;) but that just my opinion
