Any mod in the process of "idea only" or that has no work on it at this time would be posted in here. If you have an idea for a mod, or item in a mod, you can post and discuss it here.
If you are in the process of recruiting a team, this area would be where to post your mod. When it has actual work to show, making it a WIP, we can move it there for you. Do this by reporting the first post (as you would for a rule violation)
Things to remember:
If you're recruiting a team for your mod, no one is going to make it for you. If you cannot haul at least the majority of the workload (lighting a full mod is equivalent to creating one model) you shouldn't be starting a team. If you have questions about where to go with a mod:
