I want to know how can I do to manage emergencies in the game (for every mod) by kind of it. I would have more police emergencies than fire brigade and ambulances, what can I do to have this result? Have I to modify a file into the game data? How can I do that?

So, If I understand you correctly, you want more PD calls than FD / EMS.
