So either play as we all do, or remove the unit.

That credit doesn't cut it: "Me, and someone else who did the majority of the work. I don't know"

 

It's one thing to take something given to you to use, sure. But if you don't have the creator of the model, Rihis', permission to use it and proper credit given, you can't release it. 

 

So it seems you're going to be posting updates here on your progress, but thing is, you're still required to follow our CREDIT RULES and if you don't, we will remove them. And if you decide to create a clan to host this submod because you don't have permission to post the submod here, then you won't be allowed to create any links to the clan here as well. 

 

Plain and simple, if you want to use this site to promote your submod, you have to follow our rules and credit requirements.

There are no clowns over here. The ussage is not free, and if you would read readme file you will see that, but rafaell asked for it. Also i am shure you did nothing about skining it, and claim it your - againe rafaell did the skin http://forum.emergen...d-wip/?p=280695
 
Thats fine practise about credits, people on german emergency-forum.de get banned for piracy like 5-6 years ago, and nobody start that drama. You made your choice.

Rihis is a member on my team, and he's not active (and not going to). He let me give permissions by him time ago.

All they were asking is that you obtain PROPER credits and permission from the ORIGINAL creators, which honestly is a quite reasonable requirement/request.

If I have missed anyone that I haven't got in my mod so far sorry but had enough of this credit crap so I am stating I am sorry as a 26 year old went mad over something small hope forgiven by all

Okay, that's a good start, but you need a few more things to be compliant. 

 

FIRST:

You need to going forward, provide a full credit list. If you showcase something, you need to provide full credits ON THAT POST and if you ever release, you need a full itemized credit list. That means you need to list who made what. Not just who contributed. 

 

SECOND

I've received a report through our center that you're using models that you've been explicitly told no. Now until I receive a report from the one that owns em, all I can do is tell you not to, but if you do in fact have an actual report brought up on you by the author of a model you're using without permission, you can and probably will be banned for doing so. Both on here and any other sites you may participate on, as ALL the Emergency 4 boards have the same rules for content usage. 

 

So I highly suggest you get permission for the models you have if you plan on releasing, else you'll be facing a significant amount of hardship.

If the SCUBA unit is still in your mod, that unit has been noted (several times) as being used without permission. If this is in, you either need to obtain permission or remove it all together. There's no questions about that. 

 

I'm telling you now so you can comply because if you release it after you've been told you can't, you'll probably get some much worse punishment

I would just use the large rescue ambulance for the SCUBA unit. if that is the vehicle you dont have permission for, just choose another unit that would work. And I would just use the basic cars from the game if you can't use the civil cars pack. I still can't wait for this mod!

well at the mintue the gentleman i had doing my map may be leaving due to other reasons and i am without a mapper and once the map is done then also a scripter so i might hold it awhile and focus on  something else

this is the Utiliy 1 CFD on screen unit will add this unit as like a backup if you need a FF if one is down or tired and in need a rest like in the Brooklyn mod
