hi, my em4 game has started crashing to desktop recently after it loads and starts freeplay had years without issues ?

Yeah happens to me but it could be a graphics card Issue.

If you have a hard disk copy of the game, go to uninstall and let it do its thing, and it should give you a menu that will have 3 options:
Uninstall
Modify
Or repair,
If you click repair and let it do its thing and then once the process is complete try running the game again you should have no issues. Hope this helps
