My question is has any of the team been to D.C. to see how large these structures really are?  The "downtown" working portion of D.C. those buildings are massive in scale, doing them realistically there would not be much actual town around other than the landmarks, with their landscape heavily abbreviated to make room for just the structures alone.  Do yourself a favor and just google the grounds for the White House (and ellipse as that is kind of part of the white house's area of responsibility).  The Natl. Mall area (that large open expanse of grass that leads to the Capitol Building, the Capt. Building it's self.  You'll see what I mean about the massive scales involved and hopefully understand you're going to have to come up with a way to handle that.  D.C. Has height restrictions in-place so buildings cannot grow up, instead they are a larger footprint to offset the height restrictions.

Spoiler

The Runway added to the picture was taken from Regan Intl. At the same scaling, the documented length of that runway is on the top right of the image, so you would have almost two full length runways to just get the items included in the capture onto a map.  Just something to think about when you proceed forward here.

Thank you mikeypl for the information, i think it will be half realistic/ half fictional to guarantee there will be enough different areas to have fun with. But we defently plan on doing the white house, thanks to google we can get a idea of what we are going to do

As someone who drives through DC alot. The Light bars on the Tarus and K9 are incorrect. Also here is a link to my photo of the current Command Car http://timwolfe.smug...09224&k=jtMQKkk

This mod is a very very good idea with lots of potential.
I would like to see a new map with the WH, and with SS guards perimiter patrolling, openable gates with guards and stationary SS SUVs in the area. (Would love that!)
Also, more SS and NSA units (counter-terrorism ones?)
A playable President maybe? That you can move around and make convoys etc and random people would try to kill him?
Or escort VIPs?
Other than that, fantasic work.
Looking forward very much.

Good luck! Hope it turns out as well as you hope.

If a protoray is that thing on the front if E12 that spins then I don't think it is possible to make it function in EM4. Well it could function but the lighting wouldn't work right.

I defently want to make the light, im not sure if it will be functional

It can work!

It can work!

Note that what you see is just a group of well placed coronas and lights. Thats not an actual object that rotates like the real thing. It would be way too much work to get the animation of that thing spinning to sync with the lights. I'd suggest the author should just fake it as shown in the video.

Just pointing out that it doesnt actually "work" in the aspect that it does in the real world.

Looks nice and D.C have nice FBI Cop cars i hope i am going to see this in the mod.

2546652670_24108cc8d9.jpg

This thing would be very easy to get ingame. Just use the LA Mod Dodge Charge model, give it an LED lightbar and then reskin it. Not to mention give it some steel black wheels.

I was wondering if you guys are putting detectives in the mod because I think they aren't useful. I may be wrong but they have the same actions as police
