I just downloaded this game and when I load it and try to start the game. All I see is black and things where there supposed to be. But I have zero buildings and everything else. I tried to dim down my resolutions but that didn't work at all. Any help with this would be great thank you.

Are you using the steam version or a download. If using the steam version have steam verify your files.
Also make sure that your are starting the game in admin mode.
To verify your steam game cache. Log into steam and right click on the game icon under library. One of the options should be to verify game cache. This will look for corrupted files and replace them.
If your using a download then I would uninstall and reinstall all the files. Install using admin rights and kill virus checking.
If your using a torrent file then you screwed. With the most recent updates and the patching I would just buy the game.
