Just curious on what everybody's experience was getting to work on actual patients for the first time? For me I graduated from a emt-b program and went  immediately to a level 2 trauma center to start clinical rotations. I also did rotations at 3 different ambulance providers. Saw lots of septic shock. Most serious thing I got involved in was a cardiac arrest with cpr in progress.
