Hey guys, as you've maybe know i also do LA Mod V3.1.5 and i thought that i'd offer some help for everyone who needs help in the editor with lighting. Its not he easiest thing on the world to light a vehicle properly and thats why i want to help :) Feel free to write a question, i don't care how basic it is, just write your worrries and i'll help you. 100%. If it is something difficult i can also do a video for you guys, every coomment is welcome!

I'd like to learn to light myself, as I can only do basics so I can probably just make a small lightbar flash on the top of a vehicle.

1. do you know how to place lights?
2. if yes, do you know how to do polys?

Thats the basics, you will need them. If you know them then we can care aout flash pattern and the different kind of lights

How do i rotate the vehicle while editing the lights as its really annoying me??

You press Middle Mouse button and hold, and then move your mouse. I can't recall if there's an alternative

Nop, You can get a USB mouse for a few euro's. Connect it with youre laptop and you have a mouse :)
