Has anyone noticed a lack of traffic in all cities after the new update from steam. I think now version 1.3.2
I was running some test on a few new vehicles I have been changing lighting on and working with. I blocked off a road with the tow truck and sped game time up and only had one car attempting to get by. Not sure why but it seems the city is dead of people and traffic.
Anyone have a solution or is it time to start looking into the files for solutions.
16tons is useless and so is steam. I have written three emails and have never gotten a response yet.

I actually found a file im messing with now to run some test on changing parameters on the spawn of people and vehicles per time of day.
