I was sure we had a topic on this already, but.

I just got accepted into the Cadets program with Staffordshire Constabulary, I'm just wondering, if anyone here is a cadet, what should I expect from it? Are the people generally nice there? Is it a bit scary?

Generally speaking, the people are nice, but tough. You'll spend the duration of your program experiencing the toughest training of your career so you can perform your best. It'll be a lot of hard work

I'm in Hampshire VPC and I have been doing lots of police stuff like getting people in to talk about what they do in the police. If you have anymore questions shoot me a PM.
