Welcome to the topic for the Philadelphia Mod! I was thinking what big city mod is missing for em4. And I think its Philly. So I have decided to create a Philadelphia Mod.

Hey I am a Philadelphia Fire Buff (I film Philadelphia E,Emrgency Videos since 2013), I have lived in Philadelphia my whole life. I am 17 years old and I can help you with modeling. Your spoiler picture looks really good but need work on the tahoe. The emblem needs to be a newer kind of emblem of the PFD. Also move the logo in the middle of the driver and passenger side door. Also put battalion Cheif smaller, don't make it big. Put it medium size and make sure it fits.
