Greetings,

I am looking for assistance with being able to log into "World of Emergency" from the game's loading screen, and hence be able to play multiplayer. I am fairly certain the issue is a port forwarding one with my router, I have already opened ports 42007 and 55166, but have been unable to log in. When I connect my computer directly to the modem I am able to log in.

Are there ports I am missing?

Thank you

If your login works on their website, but does not work on the in game login for multiplayer, please ensure you do not have a '.' aka. a Full-stop symbol, in your password.

There maybe and issue on thier end since the last patch I am no longer able to login either. That was Tuesday or Wednesday. Before that I was login with no problems. No changes where made to my pc or router. So that leaves only server side issues. I am able to log into the website

Thanks for the replies, no full stop in the password. Once steam has the latest patch I'll see if it make any difference for me.

i know for 1.2 made no difference.    nor has there tech support been any help.  they want me to run some diag that detects stuff not even set on my machine like uac on when it off. and it did not detect my 970M video card.  So At this point i am losing all faith in the company.   three years to release the game. two delays and they still release a bugy game with no real no feature.   Looks like this might just be my last game from them.

I'm having the same issue (besides the other one)

I created the account but can't login at all, even though I received my confirmation e-mail containing a link which I clicked.

Hi guys

I'm having the same issue

I can confirm that I logged into the official site with no problem.  But when launching the game from Steam, I get "Incorrect login details - login failed!"  !!!!

Everything is the same, I played just before the December update without any issue, this update f**** up the whole game!

I turned my firewall off completely and tried to test, didn't work.

My sorrows continue but with that said, at least the 'torrent' of 1.2.0 worked and my game is at 1.2.0 :)
