From section 5 of the ToS:
Work in Progress mods, or Private mods are responsible for contacting people they wish to test their mod. Unsolicited contact for such use will be considered the same as asking a release date, and punished with the same.
Don't request to be a tester for anything, the authors will post if they're looking for testers. Otherwise you assume they're not.

Not sure why they would need testers... Its using the Welfordshire mod and if I remember correctly no one was allowed to re-release an edited version or has that been changed?

Mod in progress again because I don't want to see it die.
After being denied the chance to use Welfordshire vehicles (which was fine, and was a valid deny reason) I have been looking into vehicles I could use. I've come to the conclusion that I don't really want to continue the mod but for the sake of "fans" and because I want to see it work, I'll continue it until V1 is released.
Full information AND Staff needed information on front page. Don't comment if you want to help out as it breaks ToS.
