I am trying to start a new thread for my soon to be released mod (OCMD), don't understand why I am not able to post it under EM4 mods. Anyone know why?

Post it under Mod Concepts, if it is close to release/released and active, you will be bumped up to that.

There was a reformatting of the mods system, with new mods and concepts being placed in a separate thread.
Haven't seen any released mods being transferred yet, though.

Yeah, basically once a version has been released one of us will move the topic to the actual Mods section. This was to prevent the Mods section filling up with topics about mods that didn't go anywhere.
Haven't seen any released mods being transferred yet, though.
They will get moved around at some point. I don't really know about the others, but I have been busy recently so haven't had time to sort them out.
