-> The basis for the modification is the version 2.1 by Hoppah. Please note that the idea and the basic structure of this mod is created by Hoppah and we will not change this (without permission)!

Dear Users,
for a long time now, RD_Saarland and me are working on a rework of Los Angeles Mod by great modder Hoppah. The Los Angeles Mod is clearly one of the most terrific mods ever created for Emergency and still has one of the biggest fanbase. Because of this, we want to offer a great new gaming adventure.

The goal is to put all vehicles and persons on the current quality standard. For this reason, we work together with very experienced modder from the german EM-Community to bring you the best quality avaible.
The guys from FTSoftware will develop a fundamentally new update system, providing a bugtracker and other tools that provide new options for players and the developers. FTSoftware brings long experience in the Emergency modding, e.g. the worked for the ERS Berlin and Wegberg.

Let us know your feedback!

This looks very awesome. Very curious to see what the FT Software guys can do for LA. It would be cool if they could employ ERS Berlin style gameplay into LA Mod.

Also, I notice the Fedex truck appears to be the GTA IV Boxville and the delivery van is the GTAIV Steed. Nice conversions.

Hey itchboy,

we will see what FTSoftware can do. First they will build an update system.

FedEx and delivery van are not converted from any other game! They are build complete new by RD_Saarland (see all his stuff here).

Los Angeles has not used the GMC RTS for some years, the metro bus in the mod is actually more recent than the RTS is.

Very nice!

Don't forget to change the lightbar colours so that the blue is on the passenger side and red is on the driver's side. :)

Good luck!

This has been done on a smaller scale before, but a complete update will really bring new life to the mod. I really like the units you have done so far.

Keep up the good work!

Looks really good, I'd change some of the FBI units to suburbans for sure, but besides that very interesting. I'd like to see an accurate map more than anything, new buildings and everything, that would be groundbreaking, but best of luck!

I've always hated the "LA Mod 3.0" cause they never used the proper decals and graphic in the b&w's but good luck in this rework.
