I don't know why everyone is complaining about the specs of the game its 2014 people! If you want to play the latest pc games decently you are going to have to have a decent computer thats just the way things work. If you want to use the same console for  like 8 years then get a PS4 or XBOX one. 

 

And you don't have to break the bank to get a decent computer you just have to do your research my computer meets all the recommended specs and i only paid like $600 for it. 

 

And keep in mind these are just the recommended specs so im sure you will be able to play the game, but will it look and run well?

There is no mention of steam on amazon, so I doubt it.

That may be so, but I can see amazon offering stuff for steam in the future, they already do it with EA/Origin games for digital downloadables

WTH! They delayed the game for another two weeks!  They could have just added the events in a patch post release. I'm so over delays.

No one has played the game yet unless they were in the exclusive in house beta testing phases(or game demoing at gamescon?), so no one can tell you whether to buy it now or later

 

As for me, I just purchased it from steam, now I wont need to worry about having the money for it on release day

What bothers me is that some places online where you could buy em4 didn't come with the editor. Do you think the digital version of em5 will include the editor on steam?

emergency 4 (sold as 911 first responders) on steam has the editor, but only hidden. all you have to do is to go to properties, click something like 'set start options' and insert '-editor'. i'm sure the same will be for emergency 5

no there isnt just the delux version.. and i mean you could have just looked it up on steams website
