Now, I'm working on the Haz Mat Truck 1 from USMC Camp Pendleton, this is the closest Haz mat team from city of Carlsbad ( Go, Marines!)

I'll recommend you do a HazMat unit that is not from Camp Pendleton, since its going against the Posse Comitatus Act, unless they do response to accident outside Camp Pendleton.

Its a mutual aid agreement between North County and CPMCS. They also provide Emergency services to the 5 freeway and assist in Fallbrook, Vista, Oceanside

This particular act of legislation is designed and written to prevent the military from being used to "police" or suppress it's own populace, outside of law enforcement duties it has no applications, so the military bases may where required release their medical or fire services to support local or state-level requirements. This is mainly seen with Foam units and Crash Tenders more than anything else, but it can include brush trucks and things of that nature that the local forces may not have in sufficient quantities.  The exception to the limiting factor of this particular act is specifically stated as natural disasters, nuclear emergencies, epidemics, or terrorist acts in which essentially incapacitate the local law enforcement agencies, then the military may be used to "restore order" if it is deemed the local policing forces are incapable of preserving the law and protecting the populace.

Now I'm working on the Engine Co. 2215 from Carlsbad (thanks to HTVFD)and new lifeguard truck. Also Carlsbad police started to use new car textures, so I'm working on that, too. Stay turned, pics would come later....

There was no reason to post in response, especially given that the last post from the author was on :Posted 24 January 2015.  Less than a week ago?  I highly doubt this one is dead, look at the date the author posted, it is in the top left of their post and tells you when they last posted.  People have lives outside of the game so they won't always be updating every day or week.
