yep, it's delayed till the 28th.

This is what they say on facebook. 

Liebe Emergency-Freunde, die schlechte Nachrichten zuerst: Der fünfte Teil der traditionsreichen Rettungsserie aus Deutschland verschiebt sich auf den 28.11. Aber diese Zeit wollen wir auch kräftig nutzen: Emergency 5 bekommt zusätzliche lokaltypische Events, z.B. verschiedene Bergrettungsfälle in den Skigebieten der München-Karte. Wir glauben, dass das Spiel so noch mehr Spielspaß und spannende Unterhaltung bieten wird!

I hope they actually release patches for this game with updates and not just release it and not fix anything like they have done in previous games

Well this is their " major " game you have 2012,13,14 but they weren't " the game " but emergency 5 is what everyone wants so I think they'll updated it.

@ace same here, I was so looking forward to it finally being released, after waiting sooooo long... I really feel like they should give a discount to everybody who has pre-ordered it to compensate for waiting. Not much, but €5 or something like that.
