Erm, you posted few days ago news from 21 days ago, you dont have anything what says it is save, etc etc. Not really trustable site, you only have 5 post so youre just promotig you're own site for money.

I found a official game store in Belgium where you can pre order it. So I guess it will be available in English. Release date is 1 october doh.

That doesn't make sense, do you mean it'll be available for pre-order in English as of the 1st? Sixteen Tons are saying the release is the 30th of October?

 

I've tried Emailing multiple departments about the ability to pre-order the deluxe edition in english, they say there's going to be a deluxe edition in English but won't comment on when its available for pre-order.

If its not listed on Gamestops website, then it probably wont be sold in popular stores and Steam may be your only option, and from your wanting to buy in stores, this makes me think you lack a bank debit card, but fear not, you can go to Gamestop(heck, I even saw them at a Speedway Gas Station a few days ago) and buy Steam wallet cards, they are basically gift cards, buy with cash, redeem in Steam and you will have the funds immediately for use.
