The website says internal error when i try and download anything contact an admin!

I just checked and downloading is working fine for me, perhaps if you were more specific about your issue I could tell you if it was just on your end or not.  Telling me I can't download anything is not really helpful in diagnosing what your problem is.

 

Include what files you are trying to download, what browser and version of said browser are you using...

When ever i click Agree & Download it brings me to this url: http://192.168.1.1:8...k_Mod_V1.01.zip

and says internal error please contact an administrator.

 

I'm using google chrome and i have also tried Internet explorer.

It also does this with all files not just this one.

if the link is correct then I believe it is your firewall(s),specifically most likely from your router causing the problem.  I have checked your account, as well as some other things and it works fine for downloading files.

My firewalls are off and i'm connected to the internet by a Verizon Mifi hopspot Device

I believe this will help with your particular issue I am nearly certain it is related to your device's firewall.
