I think they have a hospital on or near campus, IDK, I have never been to Michigan lol.

That is correct, and I'm pretty sure that's the Air Medical unit like you're supposing. U of M has a FACS level 1 trauma center, one of maybe 10 in the state.

That photo was taken a day after a major storm system hit the area in Michigan, so it may have been related. This was the first time I have ever seen UM metal and that shot was taken at Akron Children's Hospital. Something serious may have happened to warrant 4 trips from Michigan that day :(
