Hi I have just got the 3.0.0 mod from:www.moddb.com/mods/manhattan-modification/downloads/manhattan-mod-version-300 and for some reason When I try to start the game is crashes near the middle of loading...I am 911:first responders from amazon
P.S. I am kind of new to the game

The mod has many things INSIDE the running file, you might not be able to run it at all. Try some of their patches or other versions.

Or just wait for the brooklyn version which is more low spec friendly. You running intel graphics? That's the main culprit.
