I think he means that they are temporarily stopping the mod, AND removing all police units from it in solidarity with the pro democracy protesters in HK. Its a political statement.

The new version will realease to the beta testers in China, it will include hong kong style map texture based on the original free play map!

This looks a little bit different than v2, I do see there are some units added. Will this be like the beta with the edited standered map but just better quality units?

The mod will not release, regard as a personal edit, since olevla didn't permit the models
