I just downloaded EM 2014 from Amazon. It looks good and runs just fine on Windows 8. Is it moddable? Is it possible to make a Los Angeles mod for this game? I have the LA mod 2.1 installed on my copy of 911 First Responders, but the game just barely runs on my Windows 8 laptop. The game throws a fit if I try to adjust the screen resolution. I can't zoom in very far and the scrolling speed is pretty slow, even at the highest setting. Still, I love Hoppah's LA mod. I sit even possible to put it on EM 2014?

no. the 2012,2013, and 2014 are not moddable only Em 1,2,3,4,5 are moddable sorry
