Not trying to be rude here, but that IP wont work.. That's an internal IP. Anyone else needs the external ip (not starting on 10.x or 192.x)

192.x.x.x IP adress are a private network. The can only be access in local network, unless there a VPN tunnel or proxy used. Same as 10.X.X,X and 172.X.X.X
