lol this was prior to that, but yeah I saw the story on Firefighter magazine on FB and this pic was posted by some one from the NYFD in the comments.

What actually is going on in that photo...
Not 100% sure but basically an NYPD officer was parked at a working fire, and for any number of reasons the AO of the truck decided to put the outriggers/stabilizers down through the NYPD squad car.

Yeah i was struggling to realise if they were the stabilizing legs or some random piece of metal shoved into the side of a cruiser xD
