Anyone know if this is moddable? Looks pretty cool. Just released I believe.

It was just released for US, its been out a while in Germany.

No, I don't believe it is as well... IT is interesting, a bit slow on my computer but not bad.

Should be modding compatible German version should have it uk 2but I can't update my game for it 2 work

the game is also missing a ladder truck... thats pretty much it... the reason for this as far as I can tell is due to the fact that so far you don't have any huge buildings.  It is a shame.

The graphics seem a lot better and the gameplay both put em4 to shame, recycling the same old system game after game. This is something new. However the lack of physics collision on the units just makes the game feel like a cheap PC game than a realistic sim. Seeing units drive through each other is a massive let down to an otherwise pretty promising game. But that's just my opinion.

 

Hopefully games like this will make the Emergency series up their standards for future releases.

I'd take Em4 with mods over this game. I like the station game play, but it really lacks a in-depth game play on scene.

That pretty much looks like the Fire Department series.  It looks like a more in-depth version of the FD series with the station customization and stuff.  Looks cool, I might try it.  Would you guys at least recommend it for $20?  I enjoyed Fire Department 3, so I wonder if this is better.

Looks neat at first but after reading the details and such don't see much hope for the game after years of Emergency gaming!

I wont buy it again for $20 personally... just don't enjoy the game at all. Was neat at first, but overall just gets old very fast.

I want it to go on steam sale, I'll pick it up for like $10, but nothing more. If it comes out with a multiplayer DLC that would make it ten times better

Started playing this today, pretty solid game.. If they had a few improvements such as graphics, etc, then it could be just as good as Emergency 5... A lot more detail in terms of mechanics that's for sure.

I definitely agree. WAY too much micro-management, makes it impossible to get anything done.
