why are some people saying the mod is not released and some are saying the mod is great....

Upper east was v2 which was released in 2013 but there are plans to update it to the same standard as brooklyn (released in 2014)

Can you please help my game crashes as soon as it loads?


The game is unstable on intel graphics cards, Brooklyn runs fine though as it has been optimized for intel.
