Try to lower the resolution. I don't know how to do that on em3 though.

Logfile:

blah blah... "Screen mode could not be set"... blah blah
..."?ERROR: Loading font allyouneed.vfn: Texture larger than maximum texture size !"

Check out my public mod, Honolulu Modification
I speak Swedish, Finnish, English and German (only a little German).

The massive image has been removed. Refer to the ToS for acceptable sizes.

Is it not the same as EM4?

Open the config file, find:

<var name="r_xres" value="1024" />
<var name="r_yres" value="768" />

and change the values to the relevant screen resolution.

If you don't want to edit the em3.cfg file yourself, one that should work can be downloaded from the download centre here.
