Our mod the Manhattan Mod has what you're after, as Nathan said to get it to work with hospital will be a whole different ball game though.
The ERS Berlin mod and a few others like RTS mods have the same feature.

yes some mods do however the casuitile vanishes upon being picked up but is still on stretcher just not showable
