No there is not one, And there probibly wont be one as it dosn't work with the to hospital script!

Our mod the Manhattan Mod has what you're after, as Nathan said to get it to work with hospital will be a whole different ball game though.
The ERS Berlin mod and a few others like RTS mods have the same feature.

yes some mods do however the casuitile vanishes upon being picked up but is still on stretcher just not showable
