Yup, red and blue christmas tree! And the members at S55 wanted the white skin instead of the current one. I prefer the old one which is why it's in the public release. It wouldn't make much sense if we had the patrol supervisor and patrol cars differently skinned, so in the new release it will be like the pat super

 

I do like me a christmas tree car lol. That's true it wouldn't make sense. It looks great although I think I will have 2 versions one with the current livery and one with the new liveries :D

Some bugs:

 

First screen shot, as you can see there is still a person in the plane (a female police officer), but we were unable to dive her up (seems like she is stuck under the plane or something instead of in it?)

Also, we were unable to lift the plane with the crane. After selecting the plane, the crane rides to the center of the map and stays there for whatever reason.

 

Second screen shot, this is minor: fireman is stuck in the building and is unable to get out. This happened before with the building on the left hand side of this one (upper left corner).

 

Oh and previous time (no screen shot) we got this mission with a yacht (or multiple? can't remember) and one of these (big white yacht) was also unable to pick up by the crane (tow car didn't work either).

It might look more of a plane crash if you broke the plane up with scattered pieces fire and smoke and few bodies lying about. 

yeah, any plane that crashed into that small of a area would be quite a bit banged up.

Tow Truck can grab the plane out of the water from the bridge, 

 

I am aware of the yacht glitch, I have tried to fix it multiple times, but it's hard to test individual accidents in game because there is roughly a 1/150 chance of getting a given accident.

 

If you have a FF stuck in a building a good way to get them out is get the engine or unit close to the door, and tell them to get in the engine.

Also, 4.5 is in the works, and should be released to the S55 membership soon. When it has been verified as stable and not in need of further updates it will be released publicly!

I asked my mate and indeed we didn't try the tow truck (how stupid of us), so that will probably work.

 

About the yacht glitch, can't you increase the number of times the event will occur in the xml file?

 

Thanks for the tips / feedback and really can't wait for 4.5 :)

You can increase the number of Accidents you get, but there are over 150 different accidents that can be randomly selected, so getting that specific call is less than a 1% chance

There is one other thing i like to mention; there seems to be a bug with the railroad crossing barrier mission at the left of the map (just below the power plant). We've encountered multiple times that even though police officers are redirection traffic and civilians, the upcoming train gets bugged (it simply stops out of the sudden before crossing the road). There is no way of getting the train up to speed again (we even tried blowing it up ha ha) and it stays there forever which results in a major traffic jam (unless you let the police officers stay there for the entire session) but also many, many civilians that come to have a look. Apart from that the game crashes now and then during this one but also during other railroad or intersection / junction missions. Is this something that you are aware of?

 

I made a photo with my cellphone (i'm sorry tft.cf) but i am at work at the moment (please tell me if you would like me to upload it later on).

this is caused by how the cop or vechile is parked with redirect. The train can not turn around so it gets stopped.
