I tried to in the last release but they did NOT like parking for some reason. Also with multiplayer there are often duplicates of both vehicles on the map

No I am trying to pick away at it slowly, it turned into a bit more of a time consuming process than I intended. I also have no motivation to make a new PD skin so that likely won't be happening lol.
For those of you who play HC. What do you think of the call volume? Too many calls, too few, too many fire, medical, or police? or just right?
I would appreciate any feedback so I can make sure you guys are getting the calls you enjoy!

Well I have edited the freeplay XML file so they come through how I like it, but as far as callouts go, they are great! Everytime I go on there I get different fires, police calls and at least 1 major accident like the train derailment, I swear I spend the best part of 45mins clearing that up lol. Only thing I would like to see is a few more police units like some CVPI's both marked and unmarked aswell as some marked SUV's.

I think call volume is just right with the way it is now, I haven't had problems feeling too overwhelmed or underwhelmed.

I have been trying (for the last hour and a half) to try to get this file to upload and it WON'T work!
Tried 3 different browsers and 2 different computers... nothing will upload to this site!!! Upload times out after only 30 seconds!

4. Click "Public Mods"
5. Press the arrow that is point down, to download the file!
Important notes:
(which were supposed to be in the text fire, but I messed that up)
1) Extract the .rar file.
WAIT, that's done already. Good work!
2) Place the "4.3 Harbor City Public" folder in your "Mods" folder.
You're mods folder is likely located either...
C:\Program Files (x86)\WizardWorks\911 - First Responders\Mods
OR
C:\Program Files (x86)\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4\Mods
3) Start the game and play!
4) Enjoy!
