I tried opening this file with the modinstaller but it doesn't recognize the package and says it's not a valid package.......
I'm a newbie to this so if someone could help me out I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

You might be trying the wrong mod. v2.5 is for Emergency 3, and the Emergency 4 version only has it up to v2.1.

For now it's a submod, but on nrw-modifications or something like that, they had plans to make a complete new LA mod, based on the current version (Kinda like the RCMP mod ^^ )

I have a big problem.
Ai download the MOD LA, but in game when i get start the mission my meniu is like Emergency 3 normaly, non-modification. When I start a new mission, i don't have acces to get a car or a chaper.Is very borooring.
I use the ModInstaller.exe, is good for somebody?
You have another mod like this, i wanna play mission new, example> President escort, or another mission, end i don't wanna go on.
I see in many videoclips to the youtube boys have mod 2,5 buy Hoppac work his mod, meniu is like in LA MOD, cars came cont when i start it.
Please you help me?

In EM4 you must push the "modification" button in the menu to load the mod to the game before you can play with the mod.
