I have a feeling that I already know this, But how do you rotate the camera when adding lights to a vehicle in the editor? I.E. I was trying to add a flashing yellow light to the pontoon bridge layer, but couldn't rotate the screen to place it correctly.

Hold the middle mouse button (the wheel for scrolling) and move the mouse.
