Hi, i'm thinking of making a small town american submod called Clear Fields Submod (Other names open for suggestion)

Problem is i don't know ANY modding skills and i want to look at modding for a hobby, but after several attempts, it has failed misaberly.

if there is any guides for n00bs, please post them in here, also if you have any models which the US emergency services use, please contribute them.

(or if you want to help me make the submod, feel free for that too)
