We welcome people to start posting from the pre-starting phase, mind you, members might not, but the site does.
However, you must make sure you post in the right area. I'm going to be moving around to make sure it's up to date, but the rules are:
[EN] Mods is reserved for continuous mods, or released mods. I don't care if it's a complete rewrite of the game, or a single unit, if it's released, and anyone can download it, then it's cool to post here.
[EN] Modding & Mod Help is reserved for those posts looking for teams, or questions about mods or modding that don't have a topic already. This does not mean you can create a topic to ask how to use the water function on XYZ truck in the Manhattan mod, they have a topic, but it does mean that you can create a topic to ask how to create a fully functioning police line, and the theory behind it.
Starting now, anyone who posts in the wrong forum for these will just have their topic trashed, as it's getting out of control here, and not very neat. Any existing topics will be or have already been moved, so if you already have one, you're in the clear.
PS as per the Terms of Use of this site, moderators do reserve the right to issue warnings if misposting becomes a habit for members.
