If I make a folder in the EM4 mods, how do I get it to show up on the mods list in the editor or vice versa?

Actually I think you just put the folder in Emergency 4>Mods and it's under the modification tab. If that doesn't work just make a new mod in the Modifications tab.

Well, If i'm making a new mod and I make a mod under the tab there isn't a folder in the Emergency 4/mods.

In your folder find the INFOfile labeled e4mod. Open that up in a word editor and rename: <mod name="XXXXXXXX"
The name you rename your modification will be what shows up when you open up the editor to open the mod.

Also, if someone sends me an .e4p file, a .DDS file, and a .v3o file where do I put them to edit the lights in the editor. Then how do I send the files to them and which files should I send them?

Marshall, this is the problem me and you are having.

The .e4p file would go under prototypes. The one I sent you would go unit ambulance. The dds. and V3O would go into the model folders.
Sorry I didnt reply to you sooner, I didnt see you had made a post on here.

That's where I put them though and it still doesn't work. I don't know if this matters but what version of EM4 are you using? 911 FR? I'm using EM4 English.

The difference in the programs wont affect this issue. There must be some kind of installation error with adding the files.
