Where can I get that model?

You can make it by using either hoppah's or nnico's ambulance back and the front cab of the chevy U-haul van in the civilian vehicles,or model one from scratch.
I made a Chevy Demers version for my project,you also have to scale the cab as it's too tiny for the ambulance box.

But the other stuff is pretty cool. I've never seen in a EM4-mod before that they carry the medic pack on the stretcher, that's like in real-life, nice!

I remembering that it is also on the ERS Berlin mod
I dont be sure but it is an long time ago that i play that mod
