i was Playing the summit attack mission on the Rockport mod and one of my SRU officers was shot when the terrorist were arrested and died before medical help was able to reach him so made a funeral thing

This evening a code 10-38 came in on the radio with a request for backup, the taxi that was pulled over has been stolen several days before. The suspect was marked as highly dangerous. Several units in the area responding with Code 3 to the scene, once they got on the scene they asked the driver to step out of the vehicle so they can arrest them. But the suspect wasn't alone she was with her husband and both were asked to step out of the vehicle and both were arrested for stealing a vehicle and for imposition of illegal weapons and drugs

Thought i'd try one of these seeings this is my first private mod, it is based on glasgow and all units are marked the same as their real counterparts

 
At 2:03am Johnston fire control room received a call from the grounds keeper at glasgow cathedral stating a fire had started in the roof space, http://postimg.org/image/zdkf48j43/
two pumps are dispatched from V05 Calton community fire station less than a mile away. Upon arrival the watch manager liaises with the groundskeeper who informs him that the fire is spreading rapidly through a gap in the roof space.
The watch manager orders crews to begin stretching hose and sends a BA team inside to review the scale of fire.

2:19am Watch Manager requests pumps to be made up to 5 brining in units from nearby cowcaddens and springburn community fire stations upon their arrival two main exterior jets are set up

2:30am BA crews are pulled out from inside the building due to flaming beams falling. Crews move into defence mode and try to prevent the flames from spreading through the rest of the historic church however a flashover occurs, blowing out the windows and engulfing the whole western wing flames and sparks light the sky over glasgow Pumps made to 10,command support, and the personal welfare module along with the south glasgow area commander respond.

4:50am Partial roof collapse occurs, this smothers the fire and allows the firefighters to mount an attack

What is a "stop" message?

Basically it's a command given by the incident commander meaning that no more fire service resources would be needed and that the fire is contained

San Diego - The fire department and police department got a 911 call that there was an garbage can fire. Engine 28 arrived as second vehicle on the scene after the police unit arrived, a few minutes later the 025 police unit arrived on the scene to manage traffic
