Cannot find, anywhere, the patch 1.3 in english for 911 FR or emergency 4. All the ones I find are in french or dutch i think. Help???

Ok, then doesn anyone know why when i use the la mod, within about 10 minutes. all my roads are crammed with cars that dont move? or how to fix that? or how to install the ny mod? i like the game, but this stuff loses me

Download the patch for the la mod, that fixes the problem with traffic. Patch: http://forum.emergen...s-and-problems/

To download the ny mod, save the file, then open the Rar file. Click on the file in the folder and it will bring you to the mod installer. It will ask do you want to install, click yes and it is installed.

id like to know where i can get an English version of the patch for emergency 4. got the la mod but it wont run unless i get patch 1.3
