This will be my first ever mod.I have decided to create this mod because i live in la county and the Los Angeles mod does not have enough la county units in it.
I'M looking for a
1. 3D Modeler
2.Skinner
3.mapper
4. scripted

1. Is this a mod or a submod? If it's a mod, you will be making new models and maps etc. If it's a submod you will be reskinning/putting new models into the LA Mod.

2. What are you going to do to contribute to the mod? You didn't list any skills or how you are going to help. Nobody is going to make a mod for you, you will have to do something.
