...... And FDNY ambulance return to hospital, not station

I just meant for the patrolling, they won't patrol in NYC unless you add a private ambulance, And St. Luke's Hospital ambulances patrol either; but I do believe the Lifeline Ambulances do, And I would really like to see this ambulance from Lifeline,

I have an idea, why not have additional parking in other area's of the map for the ambulance's.You still have the 3 spaces @ the Hospital and just have a few more ambulances from off the map parked top left, top right and bottom left of the map. So when the space's full @ Hospital than they will go to other spaces. Or give up maybe one space @ Hospital. :schreiben:

But that ambulance doesn't do 911 calls, so what would be the point.

Well, doing some volunteer or private ambulance services in the mod would be nice.

first off this mod is amazingly awesome. So much good about it, and also very little bad. However, when I play this mod the resolution of the game screen changes. Is there a way "force" a resolution such as 1680 x 1050?

I will say this one more time, and then I'm just going to give up. Unless an ambulance has an FDNY 911 participating ambulance logo on the front doors (i.e. St. Lukes Roosevelt ambulances) then they don't do 911 calls, meaning they have to call the companies private number, and when does anybody bother to do that in an emergency.

My question is what does that have to do with the New York mod itself? We have a topic for things new york related but not mod related. Post it there.

I don't know about private ambulance services, but would be cool if there's 2nd ambulance.

Oops, wrong topic. Comment is for F.A.Q's topic... sorry for that

We've already covered this idea, the Tower Mid-mount unit is scheduled for the next full-version update, the standard aerial ladder will not be replaced... The next update version is to include the helicopters replaced with authentic units, the mid-mount tower ladder, and a new map.... These things take time to create obviously, but somewhere on a previous page this exact statement was made.

Ah sorry. didnt read through the 27 pages lol. Another question, it might have been answered but, will the new map your making be larger? it seems as though the free play map on the vanilla game that is being used can get quite crampted at times.

Sadly, no we can't change the size of the map, what you see on the map is what you get, the only thing that can be adjusted is the "scale" of the buildings and roads and such... problem with that is that unfortunately, people are set at X size so it'd look goofy if you shrunk everything down so we have to work with what we got...

In the end we're going to try to load it with missions while limiting our station "influence" so that more missions and less crap that does nothing will be involved on the map, one way or another we'll figure out how we can make it as enjoyable as possible within the limited space the original map provides (in size). New buildings and things like that should allow us to manage the space more practically than the original buildings and map layout did we hope anyway.
