So here it is, the download http://speedy.sh/JpB...-Resort-Mod.zip of Coastal Resort Mod. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I do. You will need the LA Mod and than copy than paste to the LA Mod.

Sorry for the delay, you will need to download the latest LA Mod & Patch and then drop the Coastal Resort files in the LA Mod.

Sorry this download of the Patch can be retrieve by a premium download only as I have to find another service.
There will be a whole new download when the submod is ready.

I have a resort beach Mod and here are my pics. And still working on it. Got the Hazmat near the Hospital which will have faster response time.

The area is in a peninsula of two states just like Delmarva. Delmarva is actually 3 states of Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. The states have this thing called Mutual Aid and they assist each other. This Beach area is a fictional area but have nonfictional existing services.

Just a query, since the bridge is closed, does the traffic turn around by itself or do you manually have to get someone to redirect them.

I redirected the traffic and some of the traffic does make a "U" turn at the end there.COSRES VIDEO COSRES Video Productions

Where is the mod located? it seems to be in LA but the Maryland state police...
In a corner of one of the pictures appears a coast guard boat and a police car; is that a base, can you post any picture please?

I'm guessing that the setting is Maryland, but he's simply modifying the LA Mod freeplay map to fit how he wants things to look. That's my best guess, based on the Maryland State Troopers

No but the Resort has implants by the merchants. I also have a Fire Dept that is Yellow which is Water Tender, Hazmat, and engine 17 and the Ambo that was the Airport Ambo sitting just outside of Tunnel near Hospital.

Sorry for delay as I decided to not make a dead end where the bridge use to be. I now made the street a downward grade and it comes to a "T" with a traffic light. And also added a traffic light a block away @ waterfront. Slide Show
