I skinned a 2012 CBSA charger for the skinning contest awhile back but never used it.But to keep the mod's unit size lower,I will pass on it as the CBSA doesn't really do any police duties other than border patrol

There is no such agency in Canada or the province of British Columbia that goes by such a name.

There is however a GTA clan with that name N.O.O.S.E. that is based on the Department of Homeland Safety which is an american entity,nothing at all to do with Canada.
