I down loaded a rar. file and don't know what to do. I want to have a NY Mod to play and when I down loaded it, it was an rar. file.
I tried to PM Dyson, but he doesn't take PM's.
How do I install an rar. file?

Why would you need to PM Dyson when you could post in the thread?I tried to PM Dyson, but he doesn't take PM's.
As for rar, a simple google search will give you instant an instant answer. Google is almost always an instant problem solver.

First of all you need the program WinRar
After that make right click on the rar file and select extract here. After that copy the folders and files that appeared after extracting the rar file. Paste them in your LA mod folder.
