i know how to do that but how do i get it into modifications

Open up your program files. Go open up the wizard works file which will have the 911 First Responders folder. Put the submod in the mods folder. Hope that makes sense. I'm not the smartest.

Can I rename the folder submod from "Los Angeles Mod v2.0" to something else so it doesn't overwrite the original LA Mod 2.0 in the Mods folder and still have both mods in game and working properly?

Ya I did. I kept opening the wrong file so its useful.

I hope you mean you have 2 versions of Los Angeles Mod v2.0 downloaded.

This is great mod, but i hate the snow, it's not good in this mod. Can you remove it somehow?

Because I'm not a FAQ machine, I'm a guy, with a life, who enjoys making mods, if you guys can't figure out how to use winrar don't blame me! Spent all day in the studio today so had no time to work on this/answer questions jeez man!

That's the problem right there. Its better off just to figure out yourself. Even if you explain it in great detail, people still wont know how to do it and will ask questions.

Just go look it up. Im no genius about computers andi figured it out by myself. Other people have tried to explain it multiple times and there are still questions. Hope the pictures work. Hopefully it will work with all the computers (vista, xp, windows 7, etc)
