What steps do I do to run as administrator?

Right click it, and select run as administrator.

After downloading and installing, I did some fixing on my own for my own use. I did have the same problems with the models and deleted the squares and put the doors and wheels in place on the vehicles. But after all that work and restarted the game I find all that work on the vehicles did not save. Is there something I missed? maybe the vehicles have a lock on them so I could not save? Please give me instructions on how to do this.

I added some light post at the police station front doors and I wanted to put a hanging flag above the door of the police station but I couldn't get the flag pole in a 45* angle.

I think it be great to have a under ground garage for PD Sta 1. Also fixed rear of PD Sta 2 for rear entrance. Also need to fix path where you see PD car stuck @ road repair.

Well I've mademost of these changes in the latest version and also sroted the doors btw where'd you get the flag from, I mean where abouts is it 'LA Misc' etc, I've been looking for a flag tilted for ages

"Flag of the United States of America" is at "LA Misc".

Click on it than hold down the Ctrl key and right click and hold.

At Sta 1 I would also have Ambulance and at Sta 2, you should have ladder truck instead of hazmat,

Are you the admin on your computer? If its a shared comp and your not admin you can't access administrative privilages

What .exe file?

If your going to have snow on the map, don't forget the snow plows. They are dump trucks with plows in front of them.

Then your doing something wrong then, right click the .exe file and select run as admin

go to your windows button and go to all programs / wizard works / 911 first responders and find 911 first responders editor. that is what you right click and run as administrator.

right click and click run as administrator and then something pops up and a sound press yes and then u can continue

Hes running Windows XP not Vista, 7. user account control didn't exist back then as long as THAT account is a ADMINISTER in general its running as admin. If you still have problems pm me and ill help ya.

When the latest version of the NY Mod is done will the installation process be as easy as the installation of the LA Mod??

For the hazmat i was talking like a small transport trucks like the picture below. And the esu truck would most likely be a heavy or medium.
