Dyson has told me he has been busy, He hasn't even replied to my emails. ANyway heres a small update for you all. Its meant to be a ESU patrol truck, its a work in progress. I will go into details when i do have the time to complete it.

i mean the download limit not the speed and on the free/basic you cant resume the download..

Yeah, I've been really busy, and my msn has messed up so all my emails are getting deleted, so I've totally lost track of what I had to do, I will do asap though ;)
oh and could a few people try try this link out, if its good it's 2.1 (but it is big)
install instructions:
extract the .rar
run the installer as administrator,
select 'custom' then navigate to your mods folder
if that wont work,

(It's just that it's so cool but the colors shocked me a bit when I seen it. That so cool you look like a cartoon!)
Mine says a whole hour download...whew! This IS gonna take a while. My BP is rising a bit though so I gotta calm down lol.

I have the same problem, I have installed the game, and then opened the Resources folder, and copied the contents to the mod folder, but still nothing. I'd post a crash log but it doesn't give any.

Only extract the files from the resource folder if the installer doesn't work. The installer extracts those files for you.
